Cute but runs a bit big

I needed a new hoodie or sweater for my dog to keep her warm at home, and possibly to use for walks for cooler weather. My dog is a 22 lbs Chi-terrier mix with a 21-inch chest, but I ignored the chart and ordered an XL. It fits perfectly, and I can slip it on her without unzipping the zipper at the belly. The fabric is thin and feels more like a stretchy t-shirt material. It's not going to keep her warm in freezing temperatures, but it's fine for cooler or breezy weather. I've washed it in a mesh laundry bag and air dried it, and it's kept its shape and size just fine. I don't really use the adjustable neck cord, but it's adorable. I'm pretty sure I can switch out that cord to something that would match my own gray hoodie. The hole for the leash is perfectly placed to use on walks. This hoodie is really cute and the price is fair. Overall I'd recommend it to other pet parents.
