Right off the bat, these have a good fruity flavor, easy to eat and swallow. I like that it's a big dose of nutrients I don't get in my fast food/ convenience store diet. I'm glad to see GMP certification - I wouldn't take a supplement that didn't at least have that going for it. That is because as many as one in four supplements fail third party testing, either from not having enough of the listed active ingredients, or form contamination from heavy metals, or even bacteria. At the time of this review, A major drug store chain AND a major warehouse club has recalled their supplements over this, so it's no joke. This lists third party testing on the label, but doesn't NAME the third party - we want to see UL, US pharmacopeia, Consumer lab, or NSF are trusted agencies.

Tasty gummy. unique way to take some D.

It adds a few carbs and you could easily just take a different version with no carbs but this product does taste good and its fun.

An affordable option

We live in PNW and we are trying to get Vit D supplement regularly. We prefer gummies and in terms of price, this is an affordable option. It contains A, D, and K2 which are pretty essential. It is made in USA and 3rd party tested. It is also non GMO and gluten free. Serving size is 2 gummies and it will last for 30 days. It doesn't taste the best and not the worst either. just beware that it has some sugar content which I am not a big fan of.

Good mix of vitamins

I like these gummies. Personally, I think that I'd probably prefer pills, particularly considering how much sugar is in these. But, then, again, it's not as if you're eating A LOT of these. The recommended daily dosage is only 2 gummies, after all. These have vitamins A, D, K1 & K2... all pretty essential, and good stuff to make sure that you get enough of (and that a lot of folks are deficient in). I like them. They taste good. They have some good nutrients. And, so far, I haven't experienced any negative side-effects. I'm happy with these.

The ADK gummies were easy to chew and swallow. I took the gummies for a week without any side effects. I dont expect any immediate change in my mental or physical health after a week. The ADK gummies are good, and the item description was accurate.
