Hard to rate

These are difficult to review because I dont know if theyre working. They taste good and I didnt notice any weird side effects.

Nice gummy blend

I have been going pretty hard and upping caffeine. I decided this would be a good option to regain balance. I cut the caffeine and am taking 2 of these each day for a few weeks. Feeling improvement and a good sense of well being. They are tasty and have good texture. Thanks!

I'm not noticing a difference.

I've been taking these regularly for about 3 weeks and I enjoy the taste, but I'm not noticing any real difference. I doubt I'll purchase them again because I'm too cheap to buy something that isn't making a big difference.

After a month taking these gummies daily, I have not noticed any boosts in energy, improvement in the quality of my sleep, reduced levels of stress, or any of this supplement's purported benefits. (Nothing has gotten any worse either.) No surprise to me, someone without much faith in herbal supplements. But I figured I'd give them a try. After finishing the bottle, my verdict is: mehbut I enjoyed the delicious gummies nevertheless. You probably would too. Just be aware that these are essentially vitamin- and herb-enriched CANDIES, definitely not sugar-free. Each little gummy contains 1.5 grams of added sugars.

I really like the taste of these, they don't stick in my teeth and no bad aftertaste. I feel good when I take them but time will tell on any full effects so we will see.... So I'm updating my review on these as I have re-ordered more of them, I ran out and I noticed for myself that my energy levels dropped after not using them and I have been feeling more fatigued since I ran out and just not feeling good like I did when taking them. So for me they work!
