Comfortable arch support orthotics

I was somewhat skeptical about the effectiveness these would provide in giving comfort to my aching feet, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they work well for my needs. As someone who has dealth with plantar fasciitis and flat feet these have brought a new experience into my life. I wear these barefoot and beneath a pair of socks (as tecommended for comfort) and they help me to walk around my home barefoot. Prior to getting these I had to wear thick padded sandles or shoes to stop the pain in my feet. Now that isn't nearly as much of an issue. These may, and probably will, take some time to get used to. It is recommended by the manufacturer to wear for a few hours a day and then gradually increase that time to help with your tolerance.

Not meant for a narrow foot

This didn't work for my feet. Have flat feet with fallen arches. Need more support than this wrap could offer. Also the ankle trap wouldn't stay attached. Had to return.

They did relieve my arch pain

These arch support sleeves were good. I didn't really like them or dislike them. Compared to other products that I have used, they seemed pretty average, but they DID the job that they intended to do. They were effective in relieving arch pain. I appreciated the gel pads that conformed to my foot arch as they definitely made a difference in comfort. The adjustable bands are a nice feature. The fabric is soft and durable.

Stay on, but not enough pad for my high arch

These are well designed. They stay securely on my feet, and are made in a way that make them easy to adjust for just about any foot. That said, I have VERY high arches, and for me, the pad in the arch area is not thick enough for me to feel it when I am standing barefoot with my foot flat on the ground. If I put them on with shoes that already have arch padding, this extra pad is helpful. I wish this came with the option of adding a thicker pad. If you have flat feet or a normal arch, I think you'll probably really like these. If you have even a mildly high arch these will probably make a difference. But if you have a St. Louis arch kind of arch, you may find that this doesn't quite fill that gap in your foot. These ARE the best arch pads of this type that I've found, and I love the design, so I still gave this 4, even though these didn't quite provide enough padding for my needs.

Not comfortable for me

I tried wearing these arch support braces several times. I kept thinking that THIS time I would get them to fit comfortably in shoes or barefoot. These well-made supports may work for you, though.
