Air tag pops out & doesnt stay in this case

AirTag would not stay in securely. While I was looking for a thin product, this one was too thin to securely hold the AirTag. I ended up returning it.

You can add it to your wallet for discreet protection. The card is slim and feels durable. I do feel it scratches easily so, using it as a keychain isn't an option for me. I did use it for my wallet and that works perfect.

I got this card AirTag holder because I thought it would be a great way to put an AirTag in my wallet without getting a specially made wallet. This is a relatively thick card on its own but unfortunately the AirTag sticks out on both sides of the holder. It very quickly scratched the AirTag, and the credit card behind it, because it was sticking out. I stopped using it right away before it got worse, but you can see the scratches in the photo after less than a week of use. The card itself holds the AirTag tightly and I wouldnt be concerned about it popping out of place. The glossy plastic also scratches easily so it would be best in an application where it wasnt sliding against cards like in a wallet. This may work okay in a luggage tag, backpack, or in a wallet where it has its own pocket and plenty of space, but in a smaller wallet with only a couple of card slots, this isnt an ideal solution. If you do have a different application where a card shaped AirTag holder is needed, this should work. Note that it is about 1/8 smaller in both directions than a standard credit card. I have switched to using this in my work bag, which is nice, but it didnt really need a special AirTag card holder to be able to do that. This didnt work great for me but I plan to keep it around and hope someday a better application will come up where this will work well.
