The ice roller is a bit bigger than expected but with some maneuvering you can still get all the nooks and crannies of your face, and it makes it even easier to do larger areas like the cheeks and neck so Im happy to have it. **Ive seen some people say its difficult to connect the ice roller to the handle but you just need to make sure that youre forcing the holder over the dents in the side of the roller so it doesnt make the holder stretch extra wide to snap together. Doing one side at a time is also easier; youre only snapping one side in. I leave mine in the fridge full time so I dont have to remember to put it in the freezer 15 minutes before I use it, and it maintains cold for a few minutes of use (more than enough time to do your whole face) but it definitely is colder and lasts a little longer if you do the freezer method. I havent used any other gua sha but the stone seems good and both the stone and ice roller come with basic instructions for use. Id still recommend looking up more detailed information on using the gua sha in particular; I think people tend to push too hard when using them.
