I include alfalfa in my diet because of health benefits that include keeping my hands pain free despite frequent use of keyboard and mouse. I usually include powdered alfalfa in my daily green drink, but this product is convenient for me because I can take it with me when I travel, which is quite frequent. That means I never miss my alfalfa, and that's a good thing. I also find it easy to swallow. According to the description, this supplement is USDA Organic Certified and Halal Certified, Gluten-free, soy-free, lactose-free, corn-free, sugar-free, non-GMO. Allergen-free, no fillers, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives. It is also produced in a cGMP Good Manufacturing Practices certified facility and rigorously tested for identity, strength, safety, and quality. All of that reassures me that I am getting a quality, reliable, full-spectrum alfalfa product that does not contain any unwanted contaminants.

Overall: recommended! High quality and high potency per capsule, capsules are flavorless and easy to swallow. USDA organic and halal product, it is produced in a GMP certified facility and is also gluten free and has no added preservatives or artificial flavors. While I haven't heard of this brand before, this seems like a thoughtful formulation of alfalfa. There aren't any fillers or coatings added like with the majority of supplements on the market. Though that does mean the outside of the tablet is a bit dry and very lightly powdery, so if you need smoothly coated tablets this may not be for you. I originally purchased this as alfalfa is traditionally supposed to be a galactogogue to help boost milk production. I have since ended our nursing journey ='( . However, I know some people take this for health benefits like in smoothies, so I kept going with it. I found it to give me a nice subtle bump in energy and I found myself reaching for it on my cabinet on fatigued days, so I take it from time to time for its vitamin and mineral content. No side effects noticed on an empty or full stomach. I took one star off as I am confused about the labeling as being 'USDA Organic'. This product seems to be made in and/or come from India.

It was a proprietery blend of alfalfa and all organic, which is really great for my body as I react sometimes to non organic ingredients. Taking them were pretty easy and I didn't experience any issues so far while ingesting them.

I love that these are in tablet form instead of capsules. You can see what you're getting and due to the shape they are very easy to swallow. You can smell the ingredients. Luckily, the taste isn't bad. They really make me feel good and I've noticed that my bowels are more productive since starting these (along with green poo that makes me feel super healthy, lol). I'm not sure of the longterm benefits but I feel like I'm doing something good for my body by taking these especially since I've been a little light on veggie intake lately.
