I do feel like this insoluble powder has helped.... move things along. I just drink it in a small amount of water, maybe 2 or 3 oz, each morning, and not throughout the day, before meals, or anything. The first couple times I drank it It felt a little weird to drink it, but got used to it fast. Its just a little gritty, but doesn't have any flavor so easy to just shoot down fast in that small amount of water. Would by it again.

This cellulose powder is of a white color and is more roughly textured than expected. I mixed it in with my drinks and it seemed to dissolve decently. However, it does settle at the bottom of the glass, making it a little unpleasant to swallow. As far as its efficacy...well, it didn't work that well for me. I didn't feel like I was "emptying" out completely enough. I tried lessening and/or increasing the amount used and even increased/decreased the frequency of usage. I drinks a lot of water ( 4 to 5, 16 oz. bottles a day), so I know I'm hydrated enough to accommodate the insoluable fiber. I utilized the entire container before making my assessment of this cellulose powder. As a whole, this cellulose powder was pleasant enough to use, but was not effective enough to keep me regular. It didn't feel like it was effective enough "to finish the job." Even after "moving," it still felt like there was still more left in there...which left me feeling very uncomfortable. As such, I can only give this cellulose powder 3 stars. I gave it a whirl but it still was a "no go." It may not have worked for me but it may work for someone else...everyone is different.

This product has noticeably improved my digestion. I'm having better and more frequent BM's. It has put a complete stop to the occasional constipation I would experience and my stomach also looks and feels flatter overall. I would definitely recommend this product. Aside from it's benefits, the product itself is tasteless and easy to drink. It has the smallest amount of grittiness to it, but isn't in the least bit bothersome. I always drink it in a glass of water but I would guarantee if you added it to a smoothie that you wouldn't even notice that it was there at all. I will most definitely continue to purchase this item.
