Relieves pain

These thin, rectangular pads stick to your body easily. They help lower pain. When I used them, they lasted several hours. You cannot get them wet. If you apply to a joint that is bending often, it may not stay on as well. I used on the back of my knee at night, and it really did help. There were no negative side effects. No smell. Be sure to carefully read all directions on the box.

These are thicker, stickier, and stay put better than the name brand aspercreme lidocaine! A much better value and you cant go wrong giving these a try!

Reliable product.

It sticks well to your skin, which is a problem for a lot of these products, it's nice It doesn't fall off after moving an inch to the right or left. It works fast, and makes the location of pain feel a lot better. Definitely recommended.

Difficult to place in hard to reach areas and not effective

I bought these to find some relief from a skin nerve issues between my shoulder blades. Needless to say the patch is impossible to place when you dont have help. They are very sticky and floppy once you remove the backing. So I took the one I opened and decided to place it around my forearm to then see if there would any pain relief sensation. I thought these would provide a surface impact - ie the outermost layer of skin would feel lightly numb. Not so. Absolutely no pain relief in that aspect. That said, the pad is soothing - its cooling feeling and when wrapped around something stays in place well. I think it might rub off if placed on a flat area with clothes rubbing over it. I think I would have liked them somewhat if I could place them myself - they may not provide nerve pain relief but they are cooling and provide protection.

How fast it works.

They were very easy to use. I was able to put the first patch on my back by myself. It worked so fast after just having it on a few minutes it felt cool. Then the pain wasn't so bad and then it was almost gone.
