He wont move!!

We have a cat that needs to get used to sometimes being at a furnished 2nd place for a while. I picked this up, along with furniture protectors to go around the back side, to protect a couch thats not ours from his claws. It will be effective for that. Its not uncomfortable to sit on for me either. It could also go up along the back if thats where he decides to hang out when were not around. He sheds quite a fit so well know. This should protect from the shedding too and hopefully will be easy to maintain! I have to add that Ive been unable to put it how Id like it because he wont move!!! Hes been on it since I got it today. It is comfortable but must be very comfortable for him!!!

Soft, lightweight

The Ameritex 20" x 30" Dog couch cover is very soft and lightweight. It has an anti-slip backing so it doesnt move around on your furniture. There is a pattern of raised sherpa fleece with flat areas which makes a pleasant pattern. The cover is bound all the way around so there is no frayed edges. My cat sheds continuously. I am constantly removing cat hair from chairs. This couch cover is perfect for trapping her fur and its a lot easier to clean than the chair. Its also light enough that I can fold it and put it in her carrier for her annual trip to the vet, giving her something soft and familiar for the ride. It does feel warm, but she likes to be in the warmer areas of the house so this will work for any season.

Fits perfectly!

We wanted to have something that was soft and fit across the length of the couch. This blanket fits perfectly. Soft, plush, but long hairs may get caught more easily. No hard clips, like some dog blankets. Although we have a leather couch, we did not want to be constantly cleaning and protecting the leather. Now, we just remove it when having company. Not wide enough to go up the back of the couch, so the back is not as protected as the seats.

Fabulous

We spent a small fortune on a new leather sofa. I ordered this cover after trying others that didn't look good. This one is a win! It matches perfectly and looks intentional with our decor. Protects the sofa from our two small dogs, is waterproof and soft. I also love that it stays put!

Soft, attractive, nicely finished

This product is soft to sit on and does not seem to make me too hot (I was a bit worried about that since it is waterproof). The backing is also attractive and has tiny pawprints on it that seem to help keep the blanket from slipping on the couch but are not sticky or unpleasant to touch. As you can see from the photo, the dogs like it quite a bit. The one in the photo was tending to lay on the top of the back cushions but seems to prefer the texture of the blanket to the texture of the couch. I ordered the 50" size for my 50" couch and really should have gotten the next size up. Having a little bit on the ends to tuck in would have given me a neater look. This is not a criticism of the product, just a recommendation to get a blanket that is longer than your couch for a better appearance.
