I used this paint to brighten up my black bike shoes. It ended up working quite well. It did take about a dozen coats to cover the black completely, but it did work. Seems to be holding up pretty well too.

Angelus paints are terrific! I paint sneakers and you cannot go wrong with Angelus!

I have yellow leather bike shoes. They had some light brown stains that would not come out. I wanted to paint the shoes to make them look great again. Should use a primer if you have darker spots to cover. I used 3/4 of the bottle to cover most of the spots. It goes on easy and dries fast. It is much brighter than the shoes were new. They look great and very bright.

Got the Tropic Sun Yellow and got exactly what I was looking for. I read in the reviews that the paint is a little watery but it sealed to the leather just fine and after I did about 4 coats on my motorcycle boots and sealed the paint with satin gloss spray the boots look like they came that way! Definitely easy to use and this was my first time painting any kind of leather. 10 out of 10 would recommend this paint for leather boots and shoes.

Wow... impressive! I mixed this paint with Tahitian Pink, hot pink ( neon ) and a little water to get the right consistency and hey presto fixed a nasty looking black wear spot on. If you look at the second pic it's the original sitting on my table. The first photo is the is the wallet outside in the light sitting on a white table cloth. Few drops of each with a few drops of water, mix, apply and fixed. I gave it a bit of a rub after it dried to wear it down a little to give it that used look or it would not of looked authentic which it is. But i resell things I restore so this was a great idea.
