Comfortable

These are made very well and are comfortable to wear. Very simple to use. I got the two pack so I can always have one cold, or so I can have one for each foot if need be. I like how these are made and especially that the unfold completely flat so you don't have to try and slide your foot down into it. They stay cold for a good amount of time. I have not tried them for heat therapy yet, but I like that it's an option. These are great to have on hand as it seems like someone in my family is always hurting their foot or ankle or having swelling.

Absolutely Amazing

I wasn't expecting to love these icepacks as much as I do. They hit all the right spots around the ankle and they are perfectly designed so that you don't step on the gel part of the ice pack. They stay cold for a long time and the fit is adjustable and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the fuzzy material on the outside it attracts hair ECT so I am always lint rolling them before putting them away.

Reusable cold packs.

I got these because my ankle started swelling this last summer. My doctor feels it has to do with my high blood pressure medicine. But in the meantime this may possibly not hurt. So when I saw these, I thought why not try them. As soon as they came, I threw them in the freezer. Then I took them out two hours later. And wrapped them on. They are absolutely fantastic. If you want cold therapy, they are amazing. I have not tried them hot. But if you want to try them hot all you do is put these in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then check the heat and just do five second increments to make it hotter. I am already addicted. I think you will be too. I gave these five stars because they work fantastic. However, I only used these for the cold therapy. I dont see how you could go wrong with the heat therapy. Im just letting you know I only used it for the cold therapy.

easy to adjust fit, great cooling for instep as well as ankles!

I ordered the two-pack version of these Janhyak ankle and foot gel cold packs. I roll my ankle every once in a while, and keeping an ice pack on the correct part of my foot is a hassle/pain. This pack is great because it straps in securely and easily. You don't need to try to slip your foot into anything, as the pack unfolds completely and you just strap it in place once you have the pack molded where you want it. I like having two, as one can be kept in the freezer/fridge while the other is on your foot... and you can swap it out once one gets too warm. I ice my ankle about 15 min on, 15 min off and these packs work great for that. The only think I dislike is the bold branding/white lettering on the front of the ice packs. I wish it was just plain black, but it's a small thing and absolutely does not impact the functionality of the packs.
