It smells awful, I couldnt even get either one of my cats to taste it. I even put it in wet food (which they dont normally get) and tuna. They just sniffed it and walked away. Other products I have bought like this are usually flavored, or dont have such a strong smell, and can hide them in wet food. I like that it was natural, but a waste of money.

We have a an older, deaf feral kitty that showed up in our outside rescue shelters. He was okay until my husband put straw in one of the houses for warmth. This kitty has allergies to it and Ive tried everything and this finally worked almost within a day. I have removed the straw, it really wasnt needed because we use blankets, an outdoor heating pad, than a pet pad and our kitty condos, cabins and what we can set up for ferals are insulated. And they are under a roof and during the winter we put up a tarp to keep out the wind and snow. We get a lot of visitors and try to help and inside we have eight so finding a product that works means so much especially when its a value for the money. Also neuter and spay your pets. Ours are and we try with the feral to keep up. They all deserve love, shelter, and full tummies

I have a black cat. If you know, you know. If you don't, black cats are prone to being a little...immuno-weird. For example, my cat, Beep, has stomatitis--he's allergic to his own teeth! Several years ago he had a surgery that removed most of his teeth (his fangs were okay so he still has those and basically looks like a furry staple remover). In addition to being allergic to his own teeth, he's also allergic to pollen. This poor guy can't get a single break! Because his absolute favorite thing in the world is to sun his little potato body in a windowsill, soaking up the fresh air and sunshine and literally everything he's allergic to. It's gotten bad. In previous years he's scratched all the fur off his head (he looked like a vulture). He regularly scratches and licks bald spots on himself. The vet can prescribe apoquel, but every time I ask they ask if he really needs it, as it can be a bit rough on their kidneys. So I saw this product and said, yeah this is worth a shot! I squirt his dose into his wet food and he has no hesitation eating it. I'm not going to say it's delicious cat flavor but I will say it apparently doesn't even register, because he just eats like he normally does and I've put it on fish flavored wet food, beef, and chicken. He eats it no problem--much better than jamming a pill down his neck! It's been three days and so far I have noticed that his scratching episodes are diminishing. UPDATE: a week later and he has had fewer coughing incidents and much less scratching and the fur is beginning to regrow on his hotspots). He still has some bald spots, but that fur doesn't grow back overnight. The important thing is he seems less uncomfortable. Anything that lowers his general level of inflammation is a good thing and this seems to be doing the trick. I want to try their allergy formulation next but as a start to getting him built up from having been hammered with pollen all summer, this is a great product. It's not a pill, it's not a weird flavor and it is getting some slow but steady results!
