I love that these are a shelf stable probiotic due to them being freeze dried and have not only a good amount of different strains of probiotics but also includes prebiotics and enzymes. The company seems to be reputable but what I find missing are the GMP certification on the bottle but it states on their website that they are compliant. I do like that they have an actual address and show their distribution center located in Arizona. As far as the probiotics I am happy to have them to help my gut health. Just remember that there are 7 core genera of microbial organisms most often used in probiotics, make sure the ones in this product are what you are looking for. Some are for immune support, some for digestive health, etc. All in all great product and glad it is in my health arsenal.

This is one of the better probiotics Ive come across. For the price, getting a sixty day supply is excellent, and its only a one pill dose. More often than not, you have to take two pills to get the full dose. You also get a diverse blend of bacterial strains, and not just a bunch of variations of the same base strain. And, on top that, it comes with extra digestive enzymes and prebiotics. Also, it has a relatively high CFU of 60 billion. Very good deal all around and Im happy with it!

Nice packaging - nice amber bottle. I like that they don't have to be refrigerated - they are shelf stable. No Pesticides, No GMOs - its a clean product. I took them for a week before writing this and they were already feeling effective. By this I mean I felt like my intestines were moving things through nicely but definitely NOT in any sort of uncomfortable urgent way. The are easy to take, tasteless and light. Just one capsule is a daily dose and there are 60 in the bottle so it's a two month supply for one person. Two months seems to me a good amount of time to reset my microbiome.
