I love that these are packed with omega-3s without fish burps or a fishy aftertaste. The ingredients are very clean and third party tested, which makes me feel good about using them to supplement my diet after having and nursing two kids in less than two years. The actual capsules are a little large but not difficult to get down with a sip of water.

This is my first time trying a vegan, plant-based Omega-3 supplement. I like that ANYA commits to Sustainably sourced Algae Oil; Clean & non-toxic ingredients, non-gmo, 3rd party testing; free of pesticides, gluten, or GMO ingredients and strict standards on lead, heavy metals. Appreciate their commitment to no list. I found it easy to swallow, no real taste & no post consumption burbs (which those who know, can happen when taking Omega-3s). I like this brand is developed by women for women with an all-female medical board of experts consulting (OB/GYNs, Dermatologist and a Registered Dietitian. Hopefully with time, Ill feel the effects on my health. Only things I would change are the bottle & clear manufacturing origin. I prefer glass bottle- its made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) -which is more sustainable than other plastic, but its still plastic. Initially when I ordered, I thought this was made in the USA, but upon receiving the bottle, country of origin isnt clear. It just says manufactured for Anya labs in New York, NY on the box & bottle and they say -All of our products are made by U.S. manufacturers with certified Good Manufacturing Practice facilities. I hope they clarify this going forward. The bottle seems fresh with an expiration 3/26.

Im really really happy with this omega supplement in lieu of my typical fish oil capsules. It provides a solid amount of EPA & DHA without the fish burps (no real after taste at all to be honest). I really appreciate that its clean/non-toxic & 3rd party tested. The capsules are midsized and go down easily (again with no digestive upset). I wouldve really like to see a little more info on the company but aside from that Im very happy. It does say its mom founded and doctor formulated which is a fun concept - Id say a pretty powerful team in creating a momma specific supplement. Nicely done.

I like that this formulation is designed for women. Even the name, Anya, is inviting. It has EPA, Algal Oil concentrate and EPA, with few fillers - just tapioca starch, glycerin and water. Theres nothing funky here. I feel great taking a supplement like this. Theres 30 capsules in the bottle, but you only have to take one a day so this is a month supply.

So, for a while I stopped taking fish oil because we had been having a hard time financially. A trip to the eye doctor and referral to a retinal specialist and now I have to go back to taking omega 3 to try to save my eye sight. So, I got a bottle of my old brand of fish oil but haven decided that I want to switch to algae source omega 3 instead. So I don't need this because I am an expectant or nursing mom. But I was drawn to this company because they make their own products (and in Florida!) instead of just buying them from some overseas manufacturer and then putting their label on it. They have a medical board that works with them and their products too. All of their products are tested for purity and contaminants and they have a list of "no" ingredients that I agree with. There may be less expensive algae based omega supplements out there but I bet there are none that are less expensive that are as clean or as trustworthy. While the dose I need is great than what one of these supplies I was hoping that algae sourced omegas were better utilized by the body and that I can get by with one a day. I guess we'll see at my biannual retinal appointment how it is working, but even if I had to go to two soft gels a day at this price (nineteen bucks a bottle with subscription) it would still not be a bad price for a month's worth of such a high quality product. Vey happy with this so far, five stars for total "LOVE".
