Uncomfortable - Does not stay in place - Some relief

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and during a recent flare I grabbed these desperately hoping it would resolve my crippling heel pain. As soon as the package arrived I strapped them on and headed to work. Throughout the day I had to keep readjusting the brace by repositioning the support back into my arch. Also, after a few hours the strap around my ankle started to become uncomfortable, even cutting into my skin. This could possibly be resolved by wearing a longer/tube sock. I did notice some relief from the plantar fasciitis, but ultimately, I gave up and had to take them off. I determined that they were more of a nuisance than a solution.

Adjustable Arch Support Compression Bands

This pair of arch support has two sides, one side has a tight fabric to touch the skin, and the other side has a lot of fibers to link to Velcro hooks for the compression band. Both sides are silk smooth, and I can put them in the socks. The extra heart shaped cushion supports the arch is moderate height. It feels very comfortable and supporting to keep them underneath the arch. The heel band would help to prevent the compression band from moving forward. This band is not needed for me, since the compression bands will keep at the arch region whenever I walk. They never move forward.

Uncomfortable

I have extremely high arches, and my feet will ache if I walk around barefoot. I had hoped these would be the solution for me, however the material the straps are made of really irritates my skin, and they just are too uncomfortable for me to keep on.

A good arch support, as long as you have small feet.

I've had problems with my feet for 20 years. My foot is super flexible, so I end up walking around flat footed and that causes problems. I've tried many arch supports over the years. These felt like they offered a lot of support. But there was a problem. They don't fit my feet. I'm a big guy. 6'4", 200lbs. Wear size 13 in the shoe department. These aren't made for me and wouldn't connect all the way up.

Fit weirdly, but functional

I don't think my feet are different sizes, although I know that's common. The left one fits much better than the right. Also, I have small feet, and the Velcro almost doesn't overlap enough for these to attach. It certainly isn't as secure as I like. Having said that, I actually really like these. I'm barefoot more often than not, and when my doctor said I needed insoles to manage my arthritic foot pain, I hated the idea of wearing shoes all day. These have been a game changer in terms of comfort, especially as the weather heats up. In certain pairs of shoes, I can even wear these under my socks, which is really convenient.
