Supportive, convenient, but a little uncomfortable.

These are well-made and are a very quick/easy thing to put on to add some arch support. Great that there are two pairs - nice for being able to wash them. They definitely take some getting use to, particularly if you don't normally wear something like this. I wore them for just one day and after the first couple of hours, my feet were a little more used to them and they seemed less awkward; however, after several hours, the arches of my feet were getting sore and I took them off. Maybe testing them for shorter amounts of time at first would be better. I do think they provide some good support for my flat feet and overpronation, so I'm going to keep testing them and see if I can find a way to wear them regularly.

Works Well

I used these for several weeks before giving my review. I've had terrible plantar fasciitis that makes my right heel so painful, sometimes just one step down makes me cry out in pain. So I've been trying different braces, arch supports, shoe inserts, even went as far as to get special orthopedic shoes that do feel good but look no so pleasant to the eye. So after reading the info on these I decided to try. And I am so pleasantly surprised and amazed at how well these little arch supports are helping to relieve my pain. I've even worn it one day and have gone another day without wearing, just to see the difference. The difference is like night and day. Wearing these during the day when you know you will be on your feel for a long time or walking around, these work great!!! If you are sitting for a while I would suggest taking them off and letting your foot relax. I find that if I do wear it for a long time it feels like it really squeezes the top of my foot but after taking it off for a bit it will feel fine. The arch area is where I keep this support and it feels wonderful not putting 100% pressure on the heel. When wearing this for the days when I know I'm going to be busy, my feet/heel will feel great the next morning. I 1000% recommend these, they worked for me!!

Definitely feel the help they give

I use these for two things: to help when I'm going to be walking long distances on a flat shoe and to give me support when I am feeling pain from not wearing them with flat shoes. They really do provide support but I won't lie, it takes some getting used to. I have some arch but with flat shoes, my feet start to hurt pretty quickly. These were noticeable at first but it got better after a while. Now they don't bother, but I can still feel their presence. So it will take some getting used to, but they feel great after you are. The material is good and breathable. I air mine out often and wash as instructed to every so often. the bands aren't too tight, but if anything, I need compression on my feet regardless haha.

Takes some getting used to

WUTAIN Arch Support (2 Pairs) Foot Brace with Gel Pads As with most things, it is going to take some time to get used to. Especially where your feet are concerned. I am not used to a pad of any kind under my foot, so that took a minute. I did like the strap that goes around the foot. It offered some solid support, and worked well inside my shoe. You do need to make sure you are using the correct strap as they are not marked for which foot they belong. Overall, I am pleased that I did feel some relief, and will continue to use to see if I need the pad.

A convenient way to add arch support to your foot, not your shoes!

I'm still getting used to using these WUTAIN Arch Support Foot Braces, but as I wear them more I am finding they are really a nice product. The neat thing is that you are able to add the arch support to your foot rather than getting inserts for each pair of shoes, so these can go with you from wearing around the house over socks or adding support to slippers, they can go in your work shoes and switch to sneakers, bringing some extra arch to whatever you need to wear throughout the day. I tend to wear these over my socks and they seem to fit okay on my Men's US size 10.5 foot. They are labeled as small - it is unclear if that refers to tightness of the band, the size of the arch support, or both. I think I could do with a bigger band so would probably opt for a larger size next time. The only tricky thing with these is getting the spot on your foot dialed in. If it is twisted one way or another, it puts the arch in the wrong spot and it is uncomfortable. On the plus side, this allows you to make small adjustments to your own preferences, but this would be difficult to make adjustments on the fly for a person who has mobility issues. Overall, these are a good quality product and seem like a great way to add support. It provides a lot of flexibility to find the right spot, but may take a little patience to get the hang of.
