OK but very hard/inflexable

I got these for my wife and her notes are below: I got these in a small size and they fit inside my 6.5 womens sneakers. They are nicely made but the problem is that my feet were very uncomfortable with the insoles in place. My shoes felt way too tight. The insoles are made of a hard plastic backing with soft material on the inner side. There was no give or flexibility which made my feet feel too confined and again, the tightness from having something large and inflexible inside my shoe. They definitely did not work for me and did not solve the issues Ive been having with my feet which prompted me to buy the insoles.

Love these!

I've been using these inserts for almost two months and I love them. I love that they're partials and easy to slip into different shoes. I have them in a pair of shoes that I loved to wear but didn't have enough support. Now they're fantastic. I just recently wore them as I walked through the zoo with my toddlers and my feet felt fantastic afterwards! Love them!

Not as much arch support

These are okay for me. There is not as much arch support as I was hoping for, but then I have very high arches. They are a bit wide too, so they dont fit in every shoe. Better than nothing though.

Light support and can work with more shoes.

These insoles work just okay for me. They are more heel cupping than arch support. Using these are better and more comfortable that not using insoles at all, but for all day wear I want something with more support. The best feature is I can stuff these in some shoes without needing to rip out the lining. It does fit in some slimmer fit shoes and doesn't any shoes fit too tight. I dont' have to go up a shoe size on these. The cons is they are wide and don't fit some shoes are very noticeable on canvas/thinner material sneakers. The heel support boosts the hieght a bit, so it effects how the heel touches the back of my shoe. As much as these are too wide and not as much support, it indeed fits a larger range of shoes than other insoles.

May not work in most footwear

This insole is wider than most, so there are many feet that it might not fit. I personally have very wide feet, so it fits my foot just fine. The problem is, I'm not sure how much footwear it's actually going to fit. I got these specifically to go into a pair of dance sandals, thinking that the three quarter construction would allow more room across the top of the sandal. It didn't. I felt like I had a vice grip across my metatarsals when I put these in. No bueno. I thought I might try them, then, in my walking shoes. But when I put them in, they thrust my feet too far forward, so that my toes were now bumping up against the ends of my shoes. So the only way I can see these working is if you have wide feet, so that your footwear is already wide enough; and then you would either have to have lace-up shoes that had some extra room at the ends; or, a pair of sandals that are fairly roomy across the top with some extra room at the ends. I think I have outlined pretty specifically the parameters into which you would need to fall for these to be a viable option. Choose accordingly.
