Nice sketchbook

It took inks really well.if you plan to use markers make sure to use something on the back of the page it won't bleed to much through but it helps.

I really like these sketch books, their quality is very decent, and I'm very comfortable with them in this size. I got the bigger sketch books from my mom as a Christmas gift, and I've been hooked ever since! Though, I won't lie, they are a bit pricey for their own good, but I'd definitely still buy them again because I'm attached!

Does exactly what it is supposed to do

I tested the sheets with an hb pencil, lines drawn with eel waterproof ink and prismacolor marker, both thin and thick. Do not expect that a sheet of 68 lbs paper weight is going to withstand markers. I dont know about water color, gouache, or acrylic. My suspicion is they are going to make the paper warped, for lack of a better word. The intention of the product is to be used for dry media and pen and ink. If one wants to have paper that is going to withstand wetter media then you should buy arteza paper of heavier weights, all of which are available at ZeeBooth I am totally satisfied with this sketchbook which is ideal also for outdoors work, given its dimensions I simply cannot find any problem with these sketchbooks

Super thin paper. I know it sound silly but dont try any other medium than what it states for this sketchbook type. I had other sketchbooks that could handle Coptic markers, paint and watercolor even its not for that purpose. But for this one, keep it for only pencil, color pencil and pen

Decent for price

They are decent sketchbooks for the price, its just really thin paper and markers go right thru it, and watercolor makes the paper turn the top layer sorta into a crumble kinda. its like printer paper but a little thicker, but for the price its good. i bought this 2 years ago and i only have 1 sketchbook left.
