Great Ashwagandha! The only ingredients are ashwagandha, black pepper, and the pullulan capsules; and it says it is made in the USA which I enjoy. No quick changes noticed yet, but thats too be expected.

These pills seem to do what they should. There is no aftertaste and they are easy to swallow. Overall, after a few days of use I do feel more calm.

I like the simple ingredients for this product: Ashwagandha, black pepper, and pullulan capsules. That's it! At 1300mg of Ashwagandha the dosage for 2 capsules is just about right for me. In fact, one will do nicely. The capsules are easy to swallow and only have a little of that Ashwagandha smell and taste. Not my favorite, but I'm used to it. I find that taking Ashwagandha anytime is helpful, but I especially like taking it just before bedtime. For me, it makes for pleasant dreams. Per the label on this bottle, this supplement is made in the USA "using foreign and U.S. ingredients". That's to be expected with real Ashwagandha! The lot number indicates my particular bottle was manufactured in March of 2023 so these have been sitting for a bit. However, the expiration date is March of 2028 so the shelf life is excellent. Overall a good supplement!
