The media could not be loaded. found this product and its AMAZING. took 2 and felt the change, a lot more calmed, relaxed and feel asleep like i have never fell asleep before. highly recommend this product and I'm definitely buying it again, wish it had a monthly subscription option.

I realize that taste is subjective, but these just taste terrible to me. On top of that, they are too soft for a gummy, and yet still have a weird almost graininess to them. Really though, it is the terrible flavor that makes these unbearable for me. I took them once to try them, and had to throw the rest of the bottle in the trash.

I have mixed feelings about these Ashwagandha gummies. I take Ashwagandha regularly, and have for years; it's one supplement I never want to be without, and genuinely helps me with the things it's supposed to help with (those things can be looked up online, for those who don't know about Ashwagandha). I take a fair amount of supplements, so I'm always open to gummies when I find them, just to reduce the amount of pills I swallow. I had never seen Ashwagandha gummies before, so I definitely wanted to try these. The first thing I noticed was that a serving is 2 gummies, and includes 300mg of Ashwagandha. I normally take 500mg to achieve the results I like. So I needed to take 3 gummies to get that (or actually, to get 600, which is fine). The trouble with that is that this $20 bottle won't last me a whole month when doing that. This formulation does include some other things: vitamin D and lion's mane mushrooms, most notably. Both are good, but they're in this formula in small amounts - so I'd still need to take those supplements separately to get what I need of them. I believe they are added to these gummies as sort of an "entourage effect", if you will, to help boost its effects. The second thing I noticed is that sugar is the first ingredient, followed by tapioca syrup. So really, they're candy first, and supplement second. They're quite tasty! And I feel better eating these than eating candy for sure! But, depending upon your situation, that may or may not be a good thing for you. For me, it's not so much, sadly, because I'm really trying hard to limit excess sugar and carbs. I do have some gummy vitamins that are sweetened with stevia, monk, etc., so don't add extra carbs. I really wish these were in that category. These taste great, the effects of the ashwagandha are good, when taking enough, and these would likely be really great for someone not worrying about extra sugar or carbs. I'll rate them at 4 stars.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not. The bottle does not come as full as the one in the picture, but it's pretty full - about to the top of the label. If used as directed it will last one month. The expiration date on mine is Jun 2026, so just under two years from now. The gummies have an almost herbal scent to them, and the taste is kind of fruity/plant-y... maybe it's the blue lavender? My son wouldn't like it, but he's picky because supplements and medicines now don't taste like bandages, like they did when I was young. They have a medium gumminess and aren't gritty at all, but not entirely smooth either. The taste/texture experience with these is in about the middle of my gummy supplement experience, but the ingredients are near the top compared to other gummies. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says GMO free, Made in the USA, and GMP compliant. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The bottle has their phone number on it as well as their address. Their 4ywn site is functional but doesn't even tell me About the company, which I like to know. It also has the address and phone number. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like this blend of ingredients even though they're not my favorite gummies. I chose these for my husband. I appreciate that the listing says they are vegan and GMO free. My only hesitation is that the ingredients list: natural blue lavender flavor and natural masking flavor. My huband is much less picky than I am about what he consumes, but these 2 ingredients are troubling, as they seem much too vague for a food product. I will not be giving these to him, because these 2 very vague ingredients lead me to wonder if the other ingredients, and claims on the bottle, are correct. I should have read the ingredients in the listing photo. If I had, I would never have chosen these.
