Love taking this. Comes in a very easy to swallow capsule. I discovered this supplement a couple of years ago and haven't looked back.

I recently ordered these supplements. They are easy to swallow and have no taste or aftertaste. I have not noticed any gi issues from taking these. I will update after prolonged use for effectiveness.

Of course, Happi Mi Nutrition Pure Ashwagandha Root Powder 6000mg per Serving is really 400mg of extract per serving, so the large print on the label is technically inaccurate. However, the specified 15:1 extract concentration is higher than average, so these capsules definitely are potent. So much so, that I decided one capsule per dose might be best for me, at least to start. Ashwagandha has been used therapeutically for thousands of years, and Ive been taking it every evening myself. It seems to have a calming effect and it has improved my sleep. Aside from the calming effect, its often said to have cognitive benefits. These medium-sized ashwagandha capsules are easy for me to swallow, and Ive not experienced any side effects. The Best by date is nearly three years away, so the product is extremely fresh. I like that these are third-party tested, non-GMO and are made in a GMP facility, some of the quality assurances that I look for. The current price is competitive, so five stars for quality and value.

This is a good formula and is easy to swallow. The capsules and bottle was fine. The label matched the picture and the expiration date was far off.

First I don't review anything unless its been a min of one month and/or 5 uses depending on how its used, lets face it you want to know what its like over the long haul. Opening and initial thoughts-its sealed well, cap seal and inside bottle seal. Gel cap seems about as thick/thin as any other I had, the powder inside does look a little darker then the one I am currently taking-see pics. Made in America is always good to me. Pill is approx. the same size as other brands I have took but clams more extract. Use-I feel like these are all over the board comparing two to each other is hard, I like to take 2000-3000mg, so in extract that is about 150-200mg. With this brand that should be one pill which for me would be a 120 day supply. Thats what I have been doing for the last 50 days or so, I had no side effect from this brand, and do think it maybe working marginally better. I was already taking Ashwaganda daily so its not going to be a night and day difference for me. I did notice with other brands where I was taking two pills if I did not take the second pill there was a loss of performance, so I do believe just taking one pill of these is more potent, and the bottle claims so at 15:1 vs many at 20:1. Final thoughts-I am sure you noticed I got this from Vine, because I write these awesome long reviews and take pics, as I too read reviews and use them to help me make decisions-hopefully you found mine helpful-now would I pay my hard earned side hustle, social monetization or 9 to 5er money for them-Its a bit of a push-the price is decent especially if only taking one pill, but its just a bit higher cost then some other brands, as such my review of 4 stars is based off meet my (admittedly high) expectations vs cost. Meaning I do find it above average which is 3 star for me. I will update if I encounter any problems, keep on keeping on.
