Vit B12 levels went up DRASTICALLY

March 21, 2022 - 115 pg/ml November 4, 2022 - 764 pg/ml Healthy range (at my dr) is 180-914 pg/ml I had been previously taking the target b12 vitamins, but did not regularly take them. Swallowing pills feels like an absolute chore and I'd often just forget. I purchased these on subscribe and save so I wouldn't forget to take them. They taste good, raised my b12 levels and are VEGAN - so they are getting 5 stars from me! I don't regularly take these daily. Sometimes I do forget to take vitamins so I was expecting to get more low levels of b12 with my new blood test. I was quite impressed by the drastic increase in levels. I don't know if I can personally say my energy levels have changed or that I feel any different, but clearly something is changing internally. But I am happy not being insufficient in vitamins in my body. I am currently paying 21.30 on subscribe and save.

Nice soft, easy to chew even with dentures or only two molars left for chewing

My biggest problem is swallowing capsules and chewing the harder gummies. I lost my last bridge and have only two molars left for chewing, (side effect to chemotherapy, lost several teeth!), so although I now have some seriouse problems chewing these gummies are perfect, they are soft. I did read a couple of reviews ref. Gummies softness in vitamins and fiber for this company though and it seems that their products are not consistent in this softness. Possibly due to age of products? This is my first bottle purchase by Natur' s Nutrition, so will see next month's shipment. Hopefully they are the same, else I'll leave an update. Since it is important to chew gummies well quality consistency is critical for me. I do hate to have to go back to capsules, read horsepills! As far as the Vitamine B12 being effective, I absolutely feel an improvement in energy In my old body.
