Excellent brace with metal supports!

I like this sturdy back brace because not only does it have a built-in metal support system, but it also has 2 loop/pad closures. The wider closure secures the belt around the waist, and the 2 smaller closures make it easy to snug the brace for a comfortable fit. It is easy to secure the brace at the support level needed because the pull-and-cinch support system is at the front of the brace and operates very smoothly. It is also easy to adjust over time. The brace material reminds me of girdle mesh; stiff but flexible and breathable. The entire brace is well-sewn. The metal inserts work well to support the back and can be aligned alongside the spine. I have several back braces, neoprene, stretch fabric, and more, all of which serve different purposes, but this brace is quickly becoming my favorite for sitting long hours at my PC. Great support, easy to use; excellent value!

Helped posture when sitting at my desk

I recently tried out this back brace, and it's been a super good at keeping my posture in line. The adjustable straps have a super strong Velcro that doesn't slip when I'm wearing it or putting pressure on it, and the material itself makes it super comfortable to wear throughout the day. Plus, the lumbar support is given by the curved bars built in covered in fabric, which is exactly what I needed for working from home at my desk. It doesn't dig into the sides either! Definitely recommend it if you're looking for something reliable.

The fabric is soft and doesnt cause overheating, making it suitable for various activities.while the brace is not as wide as shown in the pictures. This can affect the level of support and coverage it provides.also Velcro is unstable and does not remain closed .The weak velcro closure limits the braces ability to stay in place, especially during more active movements. This can be a significant inconvenience for those needing consistent support.

This back brace was easy to put on and the quality seems decent, especially with the breathable mesh design. I wear it often to keep a good posture while doing yard work and so far it's been comfortable to wear after several hours. For the price range of sub-$10, it is quite affordable compared to other braces on the market.

Not bulky

This back brace is lightweight and very breathable and rather adjustable. I bought the XXL and it is still very tight to go around the middle of me at 5'3 and 200 lb. I'm round. But it works very well and gives me the comfort and support that I need
