It definitely provides good lower back support, and the adjustable straps let me customize the tightness for a snug fit. The breathable material is a plus, especially in warmer weather, and it helped improve my posture a bit too. However, it wasn't the most comfortable for all-day wear, and putting it on and off by myself could be a bit of a struggle. If you have a specific back issue like sciatica or scoliosis, you might want to talk to your doctor about a more targeted brace. But for occasional lower back pain or posture support, it's a decent option at a reasonable price.

My husband has been experiencing some pretty bad back pain these past few months. He started seeing a chiropractor who is helping him with his back issues. (no surgery required, thank goodness!) It was recommended that he start wearing a back brace for work (he has a very physical, active job, strenuous weight lifting sessions, and any other physical activity that requires a lot of bending. He got a brace at their office which is the first one that he has ever tried. It helped tremendously! This one is leaps and bounds better than the one they provided. It is so much more supportive! For lower back pain, this has an excellent amount of support. It isn't SO supportive that it's binding or restricting but it does prevent you from bending the wrong way. This provides the relief he needs during long work days. Unlike his other brace, this one doesn't pinch his skin when wearing it under his shirt. He still wears a thin tank top in between the brace and his work shirt but it doesn't feel scratchy, itchy, or irritating. You can't even tell that he is wearing it under his clothing! He said that it stays in place when secured properly. It doesn't bunch up or slide down, even when wearing it for many hours during the work day. It comes with a triangular shaped pad that you can stick to the belt for added support and/or comfort. My husband didn't find it very useful but some might. My husband is around 180 pounds and 5'10", very athletic build. I got him the large and it fits him perfectly. Snug but not constricting. This does NOT have a lot of flexible stretch to it so be sure you are ordering the right size!

It's adjustable and fairly secure once strapped. Two additional flaps from the sides allow it to become fixed in place. The positioning needs some personal adjustments to make sure you're comfortable. Once you have adjusted it in the right place, it provides solid back support.

The pictures on the ZeeBooth product page also lists an XXL, but that seems not available and I would probably have preferred that to give a bit more overlap at the closure Velcro pads. The L/XL is a bit tight, especially since there is not much stretch, but otherwise works just fine and is comfortable to wear. There is a triangular pad included (see picture) that attaches with Velcro to the inside back, but there are no instructions where that should go and which side should be up. I guess we have to try to figure that out by ourselves....

This back brace (or "Brace Brace" as printed on the poorly composed and edited instructions provided) didn't help with my condition -- a couple of bulging lumbar discs that make it very uncomfortable to sleep on either side, which was previously my most comfortable sleeping posture. It took me a while to figure out how to wear the brace. I couldn't figure out how to use it from the printed instructions in the package, so I went back to the product page to see if there was a video showing how to do it. There was not, but the web page had a couple of key instructions that were missing from the printed ones and I finally figured it out. I could rewrite the printed instructions to make them a lot more clear and unconfusing, but that's the seller's job. I got the size L/XL, supposedly for waistline 32-39". My waist is about 36" (I actually wear 34 waist pants), but when I did finally get the belt on, I had to pull the main closure very tight to get just 2" of overlap for the attachment. It held OK, but I wondered if that small overlap would weaken in the long term if I were to keep using this (I will not). So I would recommend ordering the next size up if your waist is much bigger than mine. The brace was comfortable for walking around, but I got it hoping to wear it for sleeping on my side instead of my back. No joy. After sleeping on each side for about half the night, I was just as sore as ever. And I couldn't revert to sleeping on my back without removing the belt, since in that position it dug into my back. The brace seemed well made, so I would expect it to be pretty durable in normal use, except for the concern in my case about the closure overlap being a bit scanty.
