Our dog sat next to me while I opened the package and couldn't wait to get it. She didn't let it out of her sight for the first 2 days. At a little over a year old, she has chewed up anything she can get to. Any other chew toy she has gotten has lasted only a few days, but this one is durable. Even after a week of serious chewing, there is little damage to it. This is keeping her occupied and out of trouble. The only issue has been stepping on it in the dark at nightnot something you want to do! This is one chew toy we will definitely replace when it is finally gone, but I don't expect to see that happen any time soon.

I got this out of the ZeeBooth box and about laughed my assets off. This guy has NOT skipped glute day and is showing his buns off to their maximus! Absolutely hilarious, I probably laughed every time I looked at this toy for the first half hour after it arrived - and my heavy chewer really loves the scent! However, I was a little concerned about how thin the bar on the barbell was, and as strong as she is, I figured she'd probably just snap it, so I used a tool and clipped the narrow bit out for safety's sake. If the company considers remolding it, maybe have the gorilla lifting two dumbbells instead.

I was sort of surprised that my golden retriever had no interest in this. When I opened the packaging I thought it had a nice meaty scent. I thought it would be a good chew for my dog since he normally can destroy any toy in moments. I was all prepared for him to love this and then nothing. It appears to be made well and has a nice weight to it..,not too heavy but not really light either. I cant find fault with the product its just that my dog wasnt interested and hasnt been for the couple of weeks weve had it.

I have a 2.5 year old Australian Shepherd/Corgi mix who is a very aggressive chewer. It is difficult to find toys that both entertain him and hold up to his heavy chewing. However, this toy is great! He loves to carry it around. He has had it for about 3 weeks and has only barely made a dent in its appearance. When I took it out of the package, there was an initial strong smell of the bacon flavoring, but I have not been able to smell it since. I am sometimes sensitive to smells so this is a good thing in my world. I highly recommend this toy.
