Easy to use with the roller ball

Takes away pain quickly from any not too deep pain and works well plus easy to use with the roller ball, smells fine too!

Cap is too hard to get off for Seniors with weak hands

The pain killer, lidocaine 4% is very good. The roller ball works just fine. I had to get my friend to open it. The company should either make the cap smaller in diameter, for granny hands, or find another way to secure it for the regulators. I can't buy it again until I can use it without help. Like many older people I live alone. Not many people want someone knocking on the door at all hours just to open a bottle of pain medication.

quickly stopped burning/itching from a mosquito bite

The media could not be loaded. I've had this product for several months. It's been cold weather. So, I haven't needed to use it, until now. A mosquito got into the house earlier. It bit my son, while he was napping. He noticed the bite, and redness around it, after realizing his leg wouldn't stop itching and burning. He rolled a bit of this product on the bite. He said it stopped itching and burning, almost immediately. So, it works as it claims. The bottle came in a sealed box. The bottle has a child proof cap. You have to mash in on the sides of the cap, to get it open. The bottle has a roll on applicator. It's easy to apply. The liquid just rolls on. It goes on wet, and ends up drying clear. According to instructions, you apply a thin layer. He let it dry on it's own, since the instructions don't state to rub it it. Expiration date on my bottle is 11/25. So, originally, mine was good for around 2 years, after I first received it.

I recommend Bactine Max for mosquito bites.

Bactine Max works so much better than Benadryl for me for mosquito bites. Its fast and greatly reduces, if not eliminates, the itch from annoying bites. I hope they make a small purse size version.

PRODUCT Bactine Max No-Mess Roller Ball REVIEW We are heading to a safari and wanted an easily portable pain relief for the insect bites we are sure to receive. I like the easy of application (roll on) with less mess. It is less than 3 oz, so it should be OK in our luggage as well. As it is winter now, no bug bites or burns to test, but we have used the brand before with good success. I will update on items effectiveness after we have a better chance to use it in real world conditions. RECOMMENDATION I recommend it for it portability and ease of application.
