Soft bristles. Anti-mildew treatment and polishing.

This is my first time using a bamboo toothbrush. Here are my thoughts: -Eco-friendly=awesome! -The bamboo part of the brush is very smooth and no splinters. -The bristles are very smooth and comfortable to brush with. I have to use very soft toothbrushes and these seem to fit the bill. -My teeth feel very clean after brushing with this toothbrush -The sensation of brushing with a wooden toothbrush will take some getting used to. Although the bamboo is very smooth, it still sort of feels like you have wood in your mouth (no bad taste or anything), just feels different than brushing with the smooth plastic brushes I typically am used to using. -Very light weight toothbrush. -You get a set of 10 toothbrushes, which are actually numbered from 1-10 on the actual toothbrushes (see my photo). Each toothbrush is individually packaged in a cardboard box. -Some of the toothbrushes have black bristles, and others have white bristles (see photo). -Bamboo toothbrushes should be stored in a place where they can be kept as dry as possible to avoid molding. Because of the bamboo, I will have to see how long these last compared to a regular plastic toothbrush. Description of this toothbrush advises to change it every 3 months. -Description states these toothbrushes have gone through polishing and anti-mildew treatment for better anti-mildew performance. I am wondering if there are any chemical residues that one ingests from these treatments. I would be interested in knowing more about this.
