I was recommend these pills by a family member. I was using 700mg black Kohosh and it was working fine until I wasn't anymore. (Im in premenopause) I starting sweating like a piece of pork in the beaming son during the day and sweating like wet plastic at night. I started taking these pills 3 in the day and 3 or 2 at night and I barely sweat in the day time or night. Game Changer, helped multiple issues..big ones

Essential woman was introduced to me by a friend originally for hot flashes which I was suffering periodically throughout day and night, menopause! Started taking hot flashes ebbed within a week to completely stopped by end if a month, unreal. Well that was not the only benefit yet worth every penny..my T3 and T4 started to balance, i suffer hyper, Graves Disease, within 6 months i had normal within range results and no medication. Hair was great, face glowing, energy levels up and anxiety levels down. This supplement has had many positive results for me. Lastly i suffer from RA inflamed joints, visibly inflamed. This also shows improvement on this supplement. Highly recommend. Stick with it for at least 90 days for multitude of benefits to show.

Helpful For Many Issues Including Trying to Conceive

Be careful if you are trying to conceive with these. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to use these daily. (I'm Steven's wife). If you are using them trying to conceive a baby, use them with caution. I didn't know that it could suppress ovulation if used daily. They are soy isoflavones and should be used like you would use Clomid, on whatever cycle days you take Clomid (they vary based on doctor's advice). Supposedly, many women have become pregnant using this product. I've been using this product for years for many reasons. One of them is it cures my dry eyes! It helps regulate the menstrual cycle. Now that I'm trying to conceive, however, I am not going to take them daily as before. I will only use it at the beginning of my cycle. I also believe this product caused a false positive result on a digital ovulation kit. It happened twice, while my regular strips were negative, and when I tested again later in the day with the digital, it was suddenly negative again. So, I believe this is a powerful product and for that reason, please read up on soy isoflavones and for what you are using them for. I like the fact that these are encapsulated and I don't have to drink down the bottle. I've been using Barlean's products for years. They work!
