I like this inflatable collar a lot. We have used the cones before and they are very annoying to the dog and all of us around them. This collar is soft and easy to put on and take off. The dogs collar goes through loops on the inside of the inflatable collar to keep it in place. My only problem was that my girl was able to slip out of it and also break one of the loops. We still use it at night but have also had her in a recovery suit. . I would buy this again .

The media could not be loaded. Our petite bernedoodle had her spay surgery Thursday and we had been advised that the inflatable donuts are more comfortable for them than the cones of yesterday and I think she'd agree. She can easily eat out of a bowl and use her lick mat with no problem. It relatively easy to inflate and easy to thread a collar through the loops on the inner part of the tube, although it's annoying if you don't have the collar size correct because you have you take it out and start all over again. User error on us because we used a different collar on her so a lot of trial and error! It's easy to put on the dog without adding additional stress to an already stressful situation. She rests comfortably in it when she's not walking around as witness to the pictures! It is soft to the touch and you can wash the outer part if it gets dirty.

I am thoroughly impressed with this company! The product is great! The cats had skin problems and I had to use these to deter the itching! They seem comfortable in them and the collars aren't floppy or large! It is easy to blow up and adjust to the cat's comfort. I had a problem with one collar's zipper and notified the company (I had filled out the warranty information which is recommended). The company emailed me back with emphasis on great customer service. I am awaiting a new one shortly! Thank you so much!

Ordered the XL for our great pyrenees that was about to be spayed. Works great and it fits. It's comfortable enough that she can use it as a pillow sort of. I've taken it off several times for bathroom breaks or a rest and had no issues with the velcro whatsoever. I did have to get my husband to inflate it the first time, but that may have been user error since it has been a breeze to refill. Photo was true to color, based on the purple we received. Just be wary of what you need it for. With this on, our girl can still somewhat reach her privates, but cannot reach the incision site of her spay. If this were for a male being neurered, I'm not sure how much it would help. Take that with a grain of salt though, since ours is Great Pyrenees who has a long body.

I truly have heartfelt pains as I have watched in the past one of my fur babies struggling to eat, drink, relax, or... pretty much anything after having surgery and having the "cone" collar on. We'll, this amazing, soft, plush, and non-evasive, easy to inflate and secure with high quality, velcro straps, alternative collar does it's purpose! Recently our little fur puppy, "Baby", was still able to be a part of the family while not being able to jeopardize the incision of her surgery! She was so apparently joyful and we were so happy to see her "freedom" of suffering more-so with those long plastic cone collars! I would recommend this for anyone who has witnessed the agony our little fur babies endure after a needed surgery and doesn't want to allow any further discomfort.
