The taste isn't to bad but the benefits are good. I prefer liquid supplements as I feel I get better benefits and quicker. Just a few drops under the tongue and no pills to take. This is a good supplement with Ceylon Cinnamon, Chromium, Turmeric, and Niacinamide. I feel my stomach health and energy are improving.

Not having used Berberine before I was not sure what to expect. I have been using this for a week now and I am happy with the results. I do not crave food after breakfast when I take it until lunch time. I drop the dosage in 700 ml water and the taste is very mild and easy to drink. It's actually a very pleasant cranberry like taste when taken like this. The dark red color turns into light yellow. Another benefit I am noticing since I monitor my glucose is that it helps maintain low levels of glucose, I do check mine every 15 minutes. This comes well sealed. it has an apple flavor with lil bitterness. It does mix decently with liquid. Or use straight under the tongue... Recommended dosage is 2 Ml. I like Berberine and have used it to help with blood sugars and appetite. I like the addition of turmeric. I will continue to take this product for purpose intended. Have experienced no negative side effects.
