Good but not totally sold. Not sure that I need it.

This Chili Lime mayo was nice to try, but here's the thing.... it's super easy to add lime and spice to your Mexican foods without a separate product. I always have lime juice around because it goes great with so many things. And spices are abundant and useful for many dishes. But when you combine them into a carrier like mayo... they both become less useful. I guess it's a neat novelty, but super easy to live without.

What a great product. I never seem to have all the ingredients needed to make the sauce for Mexican street corn. Now, I don't need to worry. This Best Foods Mayonnaise Dressing Chili Lime flavor is the Best! Highly recommend for making your own grilled street corn at home. Thanks!

Surprisingly good!

I was unsure how chili and lime would mix into a mayo, but it works well! I used it on a variety of food and it seemed to be rather flexible. It's a very mild spice, and a non-overpowering presence of lime so nothing really takes over in an unpleasant way.

Chili Lime Mayo

This was absolutely delicious, we have so far used it in tacos, burgers, chicken and even as a dipping sauce. It has a strong taste of Tajin with a slight aftertaste of lime, giving it just enough sweetness and flavor to not be overpowering. I recommend this as a way to amp up your already existing summer foods with a different kick in the mayo department!

Best Foods quality with a chili lime kick

I have been enjoying the early season corn on the cob, but after a few ears want to branch out and try more than just buttered. I made some grilled Mexican style corn on the cob (elote) and used mayo and chili powder and tajin then topped it with cilantro and queso fresco. It was delirious and made it a couple more times. Then I say this from Best Foods (makers of my favorite mayonnaise) and was eager to give it a try. Turns out, it is pretty good on an ear of corn just by itself. (adding some cilantro and queso make it even better). I will use this for my corn, but also for sandwiches and I think I am going to try spreading this on the outside of my next grilled cheese sand witch. I just like it a lot.
