I immediately liked the look and quality of this but it does not fit. I tried it on two different bikes, a Mongoose iBoc Comp and a Navara Preita. Both had the same issue in that since it is mounted on the left frame rail it sticks out too far because of the angle of the foot when retracted. Therefore it hits the left peddle when in the up position and there is no way to adjust it out of the way.

This is the second kickstand I bought from this brand. Both has worked well. Nice feature is the height is adjustable. Get this kickstand if the stock one that came with the bike isn't working well.

This kickstand Ive had for 2 years, it is bulky and mounts to the frame of the bike (not ideal), it would get in the way of the tire when in certain positions and was hard to get it to remain tight the whole time. It was ok. But I recently bought a different kick stand for the same 16 wheel bike (my daughters). One that mounts to the bolt that holds the back wheel in place. Less bulky and more sturdy and it doesnt interfere with the tire rotations.

Perfect for my Diamondback bicycle! Easy to install and works perfectly. Bought the white one for my bike and the black one for my husband's, and they look as it they were made specifically for them.. My only glitch, though very minor, is that my bicycle has disc brakes so has a cable running along the same area where this is to be installed. The bicycle has a notch moulded into the frame to hold the cable... and this notch is exactly where I want to place the kickstand. It won't fit behind the notch so must go in front. Because it is so close, when peddling, my foot (heel) occasionally touches the kickstand mounting bracket. Doesn't cause any problems, I'll just have to remember to keep my foot away from the inner side of the pedal. Please note, this is a very minor annoyance and is no fault of the kickstand but rather, where the bike manufacturer chose to put the cable-mounting notch. Still 5 stars for the kickstand. Putting a kick stand on a mountain bike isn't normal, but I'm biking more with the kids and wanted something that is easy to take off when necessary. A normal kick stand won't fit on my Fezzari hardtail, since it would interfere with cables. This fits, easily attaching to the unusual frame (that portion is somewhat rectangular) and clearing the disk brakes. Adjusting the length was simple. It works great. This kickstand comes with no instructions as others noted, just a tiny piece of paper with photos of what it looks like on a bike. You don't need instructions, though. It takes perhaps two minutes to attach.
