The ROM AMERICA BIO HEALTH PAIN RELIEF PATCHES WITH TOURMALINE FOR BACK, NECK, SHOULDER, KNEE PAIN AND MUSCLE SORENESS come in a multi pack with three different sizes. I used a couple of them in a couple different areas. I do feel like they helped a little bit with pain relief. I couldn't feel heat or any other sensation, in particular, coming from the patch itself. Also, I didn't feel a complete absence of pain, I felt a lessening of pain. I normally take Aleve for muscle aches and pains, and sometimes aspirin. For people that can't take over-the-counter pain medication, this could be a viable alternative. Here's what I do not like about this product: There is no product information in English. I don't like that. Information on the box was in a few languages; English wasn't one of them. I was looking for application directions, ingredients, etc. My box had no product insert at all. The thing that will probably keep me from using this in the future is the damage to tender skin, and resulting pain, that occurs when you try to take the patches off. These look very much like skin colored band-aids, but the way they adhere to your skin make them extremely painful to remove. They pull any tender skin and all hair, meaning you are going to suffer when you go to remove the patch. It reminds me of those videos where they wax hair off mens backs. When they pull the wax off, and all the hair comes with it, grown men scream and cry like babies. The little patches arent too much of a problem, but the big ones are intense to remove. It doesn't matter if you go fast or slow. It is not pleasant at all. I would not use the big patches again, and I wouldn't use any of them, anywhere where your skin is thin, unless you literally want to tear it. I thought there might be instructions on how to remove them without harming your skin, but if they're there, I can't read them. I would not order this product again, even though I do think it might be somewhat effective at relieving pain.

First time using these pain relief patches containing tourmaline and menthol. Tourmaline has been shown to increase blood circulation and promote muscle relaxation. Menthol acts as a counter-irritant and can have a cooling effect. These come in three different sizes. The smallest ones are pictured, and there are medium sized strips as well as a larger patch included as well. They stick to the skin well and stay on. There is not much of an odor with these even though there is menthol I primarily used these on my lower back, neck, and shoulders where I frequently have muscle pain after long work days on my feet. I didn't notice any relief with the smallest patches. They are just too small to cover enough area for my needs. The largest patches are the only ones that I felt a moderate amount of pain relief I experienced a moderate amount of cooling relief with the largest patches, but it wasn't enough to recommend these. The effect didn't last very long compared to other types of pain patches and the discomfort came back pretty quickly

Used in the same areas on a 61 year old male where Amish Origins pain cream is usually used. These pain relief patches offered no relief to the pain in those areas. Adhesion is great, but zero pain relief. Keep in mind that people have different kind of pains (muscle, joint, nerve, etc.).

They peel off a backing sheet and stick on where you feel pain. Installation/setup: Stick one or more patches on where you hurt. The pain relief should last for hours. Final thoughts: I have a pulled muscle in my elbow that doesnt seem to want to heal. I have been using one of the medium patches on the spot for the past few days. Where before, I had to wear a strap for support to use my arm at all, now I can use my arm with just a patch. The pain is almost gone now and Ive been without the patch even for most of today. I hope this means I won't be going to need these patches forever, but only need to use them until healed. I like this and Im glad I got it. 1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
