I miss the old 19E formula.

I recently found a bottle of the previous formula of Biohms prebiotic 19E and fell in love with it. It was very effective for my gut and had no fillers in it. Then I ran out and wanted some more so I ordered this version and they dont compare. There are 100mgs per serving of fillers in this version and my stomach didnt respond the same. It also made me crave meat so Im not sure what thats about. I really miss the old version and I will be trying to find a replacement now.

Good for constipation and allow you to poop normally, these are also great and have the added benefit of digestive health because of the probiotics and prebiotic I like these alot and would use again as well

This Prebiotic Supplement from Biohm is an interesting product, it contains 4 different digestive enzymes and fibers: Inulin - A soluble fiber that feed beneficial bacteria in the gut. Apple Pectin - A soluble fiber that feed beneficial bacteria in the gut. Peptidase- Enzyme that helps to break down protein. Lipase Enzyme that helps to break down fats. Each one of the enzymes is to help with digesting certain things, so its a thought-out combination. The bottle contains 60 capsules, and the recommended dose is 2 capsules per day. Each 2 capsule dose contains 1.4g of BIOHM 19E, which combines the 4 digestive enzymes Inulin, Apple Pectin, Peptidase, and Lipase. There is not note to the proportions of each of these 4 ingredients. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I notice no stomach upset or anything from it. It seems to be a decent Digestive Enzymes complex, and the price is OK for a 30 day supply. Keep in mind that this is a, Pre-Biotic. Its more to create a, Feeding ground for Probiotic organisms in the gut, and to also help with digestion. So, if probiotics are your goal, one could take this along with a probiotic, not in place of one.
