This Black Seed Oil Supplement arrived well-sealed and contained 90 Capsules, with one Serving Size being 3 Capsules. The Capsules are easy to swallow and dont have a bad Aftertaste. This Supplement contains 1500mg of Black Cumin (Nigella Sativa) Seed Oil, which are known for numerous Health Benefits. I havent experienced any bad Sides Effects; so, I will continue taking them.

After learning the benefits of black seed oil, I decided to give it a try. I started with a lower dosage than what is stated on the bottle and plan to work up to the higher dosage over time. I cannot say I've noticed any real changes in how I feel, but I often feel that supplements take months of consistent use to really start seeing noticeable changes. And since I'm also taking less than the suggested dose, my results may not be noticeable until I'm taking the full amount for an extended amount of time. The softgels are large but elongated and tapered, so they are really easy to swallow. I know that in recent years I've had trouble with capsules feeling as if they were stuck in my esophagus, but that is NOT the case at all with these. The initial flavor is minimal, I can hardly taste anything at all. However, about 20 minutes after ingesting this supplement, I start burping, and the burps unfortunately come with a much stronger taste. The taste isn't horrible, but it's definitely noticeable. The burps tend to last for 30-60 minutes (though over the course of that time, I'm probably only burping 4-8 times). While I wish this didn't happen, it's certainly not a dealbreaker for me. I'm interested to see how this works for me in the long run, and plan to continue taking them and increasing my dosage to the recommended amount. I like that it comes as a bottle of 90 softgels so you get a full month's worth out of each bottle. As with any supplement, be sure to check for any contraindications with any medications you are taking and speak with your Dr before adding any supplements to your diet.

The review of 3 stars is because, while I read of the benefits, I don't really notice them. Been on them for a month or more now but not noticing that hair, skin or nails have improvement. I'll report a change if I see one. Unsure if I will continue on this product at this time.

This is an update. I wrote a review saying that I haven't noticed results yet. The company was great said they would refund me and offered another supplement, or try the black seed oil again for awhile. Was impressed on how they handled my review without me even contacting them not expecting this nice offer. I am going to try the black seed a liitle longer and I will look into their other products.
