Easy to use could use it by yourself if you needed to easy to read good quality item

Readings are significantly low. I'm in a physical rehab facility (as opposed to drug rehab for clarification) and not once since receipt on March 22, 2024 (15 days ago) have the readings been anywhere close to what the equipment is at the facility and a doctor's office. It's extremely dangerous to rely on equipment that is not accurate, especially when something as critical as monitoring blood pressure. IMPORTANT ... Always when purchasing a new BP system, take it with you to your next doctor's appointment to verify accuracy!!! I would definitely have returned this but I am unable to do so since I'm confined to the facility except for physician appointments ... instead, I'm eating the $17+ !

This unit is easy to use and is close in accuracy, but not perfect. I will say I wasnt expecting perfection with this and it has its place for sure to get an occasional reading.

This is a good little monitor for home use. It comes with a travel case, the blood pressure device, a cuff that should fit most arms, an instruction book and batteries. One thing I really like is that it will store the information for 2 people. AND, it will give you an average blood pressure for your stored readings. Dont want to use the memory? Its simple to clear just hold down the memory button for 4 seconds and then (while youre still holding down the memory button) press the settings button. Youll see a message EE for erased. Some people dont like to store their readings the first one usually isnt accurate for me because I take it before Im fully relaxed and sitting for an accurate reading. Some people take an average of 3 readings to get a good idea of where they stand. On a side note, I keep a note card of my blood pressure readings for the doctor. Its easier for her to scan a little written doc that to scroll through a list of readings on the machine. You probably need this even if you think you dont have high blood pressure. Turns out the doctors office or the drug store isnt a good place to take your blood pressure. Both settings make people too nervous to get an accurate reading. Some people (like me) also have a white coat syndrome that really kicks in at the doctors office. The result? Artificially high blood pressure. It's easy to setup and use with a well-written instruction booklet. The display will be green if your blood pressure is normal, yellow if its slightly high, and red if you have high (level 2) blood pressure. So you can take your blood pressure without your glasses!
