These seem to work well. I noticed my plants more vibrant and growing faster within a week of using. I had been using another brand before (found commonly in LFS). That other brand recommends every month, this one recommends every 3-4 months, so I may use a lot less. No annoying blister pack either! The ingredients seem safer for the fish, although I am no expert. Images of the back are included in the review.

I was pretty impressed by the noticeable growth promoted by this supplement tab. over the span of 2 weeks, we definitely saw greater growth of the ZeeBooth sword plant that had the tab next to it, vs the ones that did not. I do not feel that these have much longevity though. even buried, they dissolved rather quickly over 5 days vs. the spikes that I typically use which take much longer to dissolve.
