Without endorsing his findings, I follow Bryan Johnson and his fitness, health, longevity plans and find it intriguing so I was looking forward to this review. There are 90 capsules per bottle and, at a recommended dose of 3 per day, supplies roughly a month supply. Each capsule contains: N-acetyl Cysteine (1,200mg per 3 capsules), Ginger extract std. 26% Gingeroids (400mg per 3 capsules), and Curcumin extract std. 85% Curcuminoids (250mg per 3 capsules). I find some of the research regarding these ingredients interesting and of value to me. I do like that the bottle and cap are well constructed and there is a safety seal both on the outside of the cap and under the cap/top of the bottle (refer to photos). I really will not take supplements that do not have that measure of safety. My one complaint, and it's a minor point, is that once the safety seal was removed from under the cap I found it quite difficult to get it completely removed (refer to associated photo) - again that's a minor point. I do like that; the capsules were packaged with cotton and a moisture-absorbing packet to prevent the capsules from sticking or the casings from degrading. Not all capsules are packaged as such. The capsules might be a bit large for some (about a 1" long - refer to length and width photos) but not too difficult to swallow. 'All n all' a good product that I am enjoying for the reasons stated. I did take off one star because the foil safety seal was difficult to remove and I felt they were a bit pricey for what is included. Of course, the argument can be made that higher quality ingredients cost more so I understand that...but, they are still not 'a bargain' IMHO. I hope this review is helpful to you.

This contains ingredients I already normally take but at the clinical trial dosage. The dose on this is a bit different than I normally take and I do feel a difference. This is a quality product that could easily cost a bit more if all of the ingredients were purchased separately depending on the brand you purchase. I am sure Bryan is using quality ingredients so I am confident in this product and feel it is priced fairly.

The brand name caught my attention. This person got so much attention on the news that got me intrigued. It's a good compound that I'm taking mostly for muscle/joint health. The claim on this product is that it contains a medically formulated mix of three important supplements: NAC, Ginger and Curcumin, in cellulose (vegetarian) capsules. The filler is from rice. The caveat is that dose is three pills a day. Package came properly sealed with tamper-proof lid. Plastic bottle has lot number and expiration date (less than two years from when I received them). Bottle is 90 capsules, so it's one bottle per month.

I was not able to find any information on which company (or county) they source the ingredients for this supplement from. Miscellaneous Comments: The blueprint website has lots of great information on each individual supplement, including breakdowns of each ingredient in the supplement. It also claims to follow clinical studies, but unfortunately does not list which studies. The dosages do seem to line up with most of the studies I found when doing some general research on the active ingredients. Only reason this gets knocked down a star is due to lack of ingredient sourcing information, and not providing links to the studies of which they claim to be basing the supplement on. NAC has a lot of published research, and the dosage here seems to be just right according to most of the research I've read. From what I understand, NAC has been used in various clinical settings for various purposes. I have also read that it can have some side effects, possibly with mental health (anhedonia) and iron depletion. I would encourage anyone taking this to do more research and talk to your dr on what NAC is and how it works, and how it might affect you.

I take these but as separate supplements, it good to see them in one combined supplement. So far I haven't had any negative side effects and they appear to be doing the same job as the others I was taking. Everybody reacts different, but this would be a good one to try.
