I have to ignore static every once in awhile, but it's like that with the radio, so I can handle it. I love the simple setup and the fact that I can talk on the phone handsfree now. I have a 2010 car where the aux input was really finicky, so this was a great alternative to burning my own CDs. Now I can enjoy Spotify without having to bring a portable speaker along for the ride. It's got two ports for USB and some nifty colors. I hope it lasts awhile; I've had it for a few months now with little to no trouble.

Product works great for streaming audio from my phone to an old school am/fm radio. Bluetooth pairing was seamless. What 'might' not work as well as one might like is using this during a phone call. The audio over stereo works great, but positioning of the phones microphone in relation to one's mouth, could make you sound distant to the person on the other end of the call. That particular capability was not important to me. I have the phone in a holder and switch to speakerphone for phone calls and go back to Bluetooth for my music.

Was super easy to install, connect to my phone and play. What helps is turning sound on my phone up, to avoid turning the sound up too high on my car. I can play music on my phone and I couldnt on my older in car system. Very happy!

After less than a year or so the sound lowers and stops working normally. So all you hear is feedback while you up the volume. Then all you get is static. So its pointless.

This. Is. Amazing. Where has this product been for the last few years of my life?? I wish I'd known about it sooner! I bought a used car (2009) about four years ago, and I was fine with an older car, as long as it had Bluetooth. Which it does, but unbeknownst to me, the Bluetooth only connects for phone calls. I didn't even know that was an option, for the car to pick and choose what you can use the Bluetooth connection for! I was sorely disappointed. What I really wanted was to listen to my audiobooks through my car speakers. It doesn't sound as good listening just on my phone, and when I drive on the interstate, the audiobook app is almost inaudible. Audible becomes inaudible. I just found out about this device from a reading group on Facebook. We were talking about listening to audiobooks in the car, and someone suggested this for people with older cars without Bluetooth (or without properly working Bluetooth). This transmitter works great, and is easy to use. It only took me a minute or two to pair it with my phone and set the FM radio dial and the transmitter to matching frequencies. Now, I can listen to ANYTHING from my phone, audiobooks, music, podcasts, etc., not just connect for phone calls (who wants to answer all those spam calls while you're driving anyway). My daughter can choose music for us to listen to while we ride. It's fun to hear her choices and know what she's interested in. It's brining us closer together as a family. The music sounds great, just as clear as (or clearer) if it's really on the radio. I've only had it for a day now, but so far we haven't had any connection interruptions or static, and it will automatically reconnect when I get back in the car. I also really like that there are two USB inputs, so I can plug in my phone/device chargers. I ordered one for my husband's car too, since his is a 2008, and doesn't even pretend to have Bluetooth. I have been griping about this problem for years now. Why hasn't anyone suggested this to me sooner?? I highly recommend this to anyone whose car doesn't have proper Bluetooth, if you want to be able to listen to apps from your phone in the car. The price is very fair.
