Excellent! Works with MiSTer!

I had purchased this to add BT functionality to my MiSTer FPGA. The thing is there is no comprehensive list of BT adapters that will work with the FPGA. So, I gave this one a try. It worked immediately on bootup and the bluetooth icon was up. Excellent! Nice low profile adapter and looks nice too. I like it!

Works on Linux and Windows. Good value.

This Bluetooth radio uses a common Realtek chip that seems pretty well supported. It works out-of-box for me on Windows 10 and Pop OS Linux running kernel 6.9.3. I paired a Switch Pro controller, and encountered no latency or connection drop outs in either Windows or Linux sitting a reasonable distance away from the PC. However, the controller often needs to be repaired after rebooting the system. This seems to be a quirk many people experience with the pro controller, unfortunately. Overall, this seems like a good value for a modern Bluetooth device. It's very compact, and wont interfere with other USB devices plugged into your system.

Solved my Bluetooth incompatibility problem

I had an older version of Bluetooth adapter for my PC and when I bought a new headphone, I wasn't able to connect to it. My PC can't even see the headphone. I got this adapter to see if the new version (probably has newer drivers) can solve my problem. Sure enough, all is cool now. I am happy. It's like everything else nowadays, plug and play, extremely simple. I do have to pair my Bluetooth devices again.

We could not get this dongle to work

The "Bluetooth USB Adapter for PC - Touchead Bluetooth Adapter 5.4 Dongle(BR+BLE+EDR)" would not work because my DH's computer would not allow it to be used. The Windows system put up a window that said "Remove Device" with no other options. We checked all the Drivers for updates and the system is fine. We're trusting the Windows system and not pushing our luck with this product.

Perfect compatibility with Windows 11

I got this USB bluetooth adapter because I built my PC without any bluetooth many years ago and wanted to use the Phone Link app in Windows 11. Since I switched to iPhone from Android, bluetooth is required to sync the PC and iPhone. I plugged this adapter into a free USB port on the back of my PC and it was instantly recognized and ready to go, and even adopted the name of my PC as its broadcast name. Couldn't be happier.
