It didn't serve the purposes I bought it for, but that's because I didn't measure first. It's strong and will definitely hold a banana on a bicycle.

Works as intended

I have been using this strap for almost a year now and it is holding up very well. It is a very multi purpose strap and can be used for a variety of reasons. I would even just have it on the bike ready to go in case you need to use it in an emergency. recommend for all bikers.

Not very practical

The only thing it is good for is holding the banana like in the picture. Who carry a banana on a bike ride let alone hanging on the frame? I can really stress it out to hold a small bottle of water but then it get very clumsy to take it out and put it back. Cant return it because I already throw away the packaging.

Super cool idea, needs some changes

Nobody who loves their bike wants to drill holes or in other ways permanently mount things to the frame unless they're absolutely sure of it. So this gadget allows you to try it out and see if you like having something there. I love the material they've used - I have a few watchbands made of similar stuff but not as elastic. The three things I'd say are less than perfect here: 1. The straps aren't long enough for a water bottle. Longer straps or even a larger version might open up a whole other use for the thing - such as fire extinguisher mounting on the roll bar of a vehicle. 2. It does not allow for easy removal of whatever you're strapping to your bike. If it's a secondary bottle for refills at a resting point then it will work, but if you're wanting to access the strapped item while riding...it ain't gonna happen. 3. because the material is flexible, if what you're strapping has ANY weight to it, it will probably move back and forth if your bike moves laterally. As a hill climber, when I get to a certain point, I'm off the seat and throwing that frame back and forth to get to the top. A water bottle in such a scenario is gonna get in the way of my pedaling and may even throw off the balance or rhythm of my riding. I know there are improvements that can be made to this device, and I look forward to seeing a better version in the future.
