Better absorbed than capsules

I am absolutely loving all of these sublingual dropper vitamins. I take them on an empty stomach every morning and know that the absorption is more dependable than taking a capsule. Tastes great and easy to use only complaint is the dropper is poorly designed so you're not getting the exact amount in one dropper that you're supposed to be dosing becomes difficult

False advertising

I just noticed the potassium mg says 1000 in the pictures but my bottle actually says 100. Also, its very hard to open the bottle after a while because it gets sticky. Ill just stick to my powdered potassium.

Husband and I love this

After realizing we needed to add more calcium and magnesium into our diets, my husband and I started using this supplement, and we love it. With it's faint, tangy lemon flavor, it worked especially well to mix it in with water and lemon juice for a homemade healthy lemonade of sorts. The dropper is a bit hard to use and never seems to fill entirely (always stops about halfway), so we used 2-4 of those half-droppers at a time. It mixed well in water, without being oily or having a weird texture, and it lasted us a while. The only caveat I can offer is that magnesium is a laxative if you're not used to it, so I would ease into this. It seemed to hit us harder than capsule forms of magnesium. Other than that, we enjoyed this easy way to get not just calcium and magnesium, but also potassium and zinc into our diets.

This supplement tastes has a nice lemony flavor. I love that it is in a standard amber glass bottle with twist off dropper top. The dropper is also easy to read. I refrigerate this after my use. I feel taking this supplement will help me improve my calcium, magnesium and potassium intake. I like that I get what I need from a liquid and do not have to take more capsules and pills every day.
