The taste is delicious for a vitamin The quality is good and it seems to be working well it was worth the money and easy to understand how to use it.

Pleasant, and way better than tablets for me

The flavor is a pleasant lemony taste. It is easy to use, and lasts a month per bottle, used as directed. As someone who is on a plant-based diet, I like that the calcium component is from organic algae.

Easy way to take calcium, etc

I am giving 4 stars only because I am still on my first bottle. It has a light lemon taste. Many reviewers complain about the dropper not filling all the way, and having to do the dropper 4 times to get the maximum dose. I love that the dropper only fills about halfway. Your body does not absorb more than about 500 mg at a time. It is much better to take a smaller dose at one time, and another dose at a different time. If I find out this is working, it will get 5 stars.

So easy to take....

I take calcium every day and this is by far the easiest, best form I've tried yet. I had trouble swallowing the huge calcium pills, so I'd been taking liquid Cal/Mag for a long time; the thick, chalky kind that you have to kind of gag down. After awhile it seemed to be bothering my stomach (maybe from all the sweeteners?) so I switched to chewable tablets, which weren't much better. They were chalky and hard to gag down, and seemed to bother my stomach as well. These drops however are so easy to take -- no chalkiness at all -- and they taste great, even if you use them straight without diluting them in anything. I just drop the liquid under my tongue, and it's so much better than than chalky liquid or pills. They have a mild lemon taste, which is actually very pleasant. I like that the ingredients are plant-based, has no sweeteners, etc. It's also got Potassium, Zinc and a few other vitamins/minerals that my other calcium didn't have. I'll definitely be ordering again!
