Great combo supplement

Since my doctor wants me to take Calcium & D3 its great finding a supplement that supplies both combined. I find them easy to take, with no aftertaste and no side effects.

Small,Easy To Swallow

I received the Mellk brand -186counts calcium. For several reasons, it is recommended that I become a very good supplement: 1. The doctor said that its calcium form was absorbed by the human body. 2. It has magnesium with the correct ratio. 3. These are tablets. They are really much smaller than I have eaten before, and it is easy to swallow. (This is very important for me, because it is difficult for me to swallow large pills, and I worry about suffocation, but these drugs are easy to decrease.) There are some sodium and D3 in this formula, although they are small. I have taken them away for about a week, and I suggest 2 capsules a day. Not only are they easy to swallow, it is very important for me, and it will not make my sensitive stomach troubles. I always take them with meals, and I believe my next calcium test will be very good. I certainly recommend this to anyone who needed such supplements.

Easy to swallow, no real taste

The pills are easy to swallow and match the calcium and vitamin D recommendations from my doctor. The ones I ordered were listed as "original flavor" vs the unflavored option, but I did not notice much flavor.

Its an excellent product

Someday, suddenly my teeth started breaking! I do also take some medications that cause dry mouth, which is also bad for teeth, as saliva is very important for dental health. I started taking these medications over a year ago and have had no damage since then. The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day, which can be taken two at a time or 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, 12 hours apart, I split it up because it is more convenient for me since I would have to take the medication twice a day anyway. Also, I am happy that I have calcium for my bones and it also has vitamin D3 in it. I will continue to order it and take it daily.

Importance of Details: Supposed to Take 2 pills

At first, I was very excited about the significant amount of calcium at 1,200 mg. and the amount of Vitamin D at 1,000 IU. The calcium supplement that I currently use is only half that amount. When I got the bottle and read the labels, I realized that they consider a serving size as 2 tablets, which I think is somewhat deceptive; however, I see that there is a picture of the label in one of the images on the listing. I also noticed on MY label, not the one on the listing, that this is a product of China. Overall, I think this is a relatively good bargain for a 3 months supply of calcium with vitamin D, at the current price of $9.99.
