Not a bad item to have

The plastic is cheaply made and it doesn't always lock into place but it works for the most part and considering most other products like this are 5 times as expensive its worth saving a few bucks

Good for the price

I've since upgraded to a more expensive one, but for the price, this was was AWESOME. If you want to just have a less expensive option than some of the ones out there costing two to four times the price, this is a great one. There are lots of ways to carry your camera, but I found this one keeps it out of your way to walk and not be in front of you. It keeps it securely and reliably. It isn't as convenient as the more expensive options, but that's why you pay the money. That said, it is still convenient and flexible. My son is my apprentice and uses it now. He is able to still have the attachment for the holster while still mounting it to his tripod. It is a little bulky, but it works.

Take your camera's weight off your neck

This set allows you to carry your camera (and its weight) on a belt around you waist. I paired it with a long neck strap to ensure that your camera does not fall to the ground when it is not hooked on the holster.

Flimsy

Tried it for a lightweight travel camera and bought a few different similar styles to compare designs and price points. The plastic on this one is EXTREMELY flimsy. I would absolutely not trust this even with a tiny camera. Just spend the extra money and buy from a reputable photo brand like Spider Holster or Peak Design so your camera doesn't fall on the floor.
