Doesn't have a long lasting charge. So tiny: you can tell this would work best on a gas grill. Ultra small lighting area.

Really cool way to light candles

This lighter is amazing. It's a simple matter of sliding the probes forward and they put out a little line of burning hotness that ignites candles in an instant. It's kind of cool to use this lighter on candles but it's just as effective on anything combustible. It is a straight rod and can be a bit of a challenge to tilt into a deep candle. I might consider a version that has a flexible neck. Also, the tube on this lighter is super thin and easy to damage. I left it in my back pocket and sat down and it bent. I was able to bend it back but when it was bent it wouldn't work. I doubt this would last if tossed in a backpack or camping kitchen.
