Definitely works for me!

My forearms are literally on fire right now. I applied this 2.5 hours ago and I'm still feeling it. This is after sweating and wearing long sleeves. I think the key is that you have to use a liberal amount. The areas where I didn't apply a lot are not tingling. However, I do notice a difference where my neck was sore even though I do not feel any burning/tingling. I'm not sure why this works for some and not others. My guess is that it has to do with the amount and how well you rub it in. For me it absolutely works.

Low concentation Capsaicin cream...

My husband likes to use this on his knees. Unlike many creams of this type, it doesnt have a heavy scent. The active ingredient is 0.025% Capsaicin, which provides a warming sensation after some time has passed. The concentration of Capsaicin is rather low, which is either good or bad, depending on your preference. These are manufactured in India, and have a foil safety seal.

Works decently.

I use capsaicin sprays and creams often for my back and they work well. This cream contains capsaicin at 0.025% which is quite low compared to other creams or sprays out there. It does take time for it to act and provide relief as it contains very less amount of capsaicin. Usually, you find very quick relief with capsaicin creams but this one takes a bit of time to act. It also does not last long and requires re-application just within a few hours. The positives are that it does not have any strong odors and the cream does not leave any residue after application.

There is some effect

These are fairly small tubes, but luckily, you don't need a lot to feel the effects. There is a bit of a warming effect, but this doesn't seem to be as potent as other arthritic creams I have tried. 3-3.5 Stars
