Very helpful and I've been using it during my weightlifting sessions, and it has significantly reduced the strain on my wrists. The elastic hand brace wraps are comfortable and don't dig into my skin, so i am happy with them.

I personally like this style of wrist brace better than other wrist braces that I have tried that go over part of my hand and thumb. This brace provides compression and support for my wrist and it's adjustable so it's comfortable to wear throughout the day. It took me a bit to figure out how to wrap this up correctly, bsut it's great to use for gardening and yard tasks as well as for finer detailed things too. Nice quality and well made item.

At first (not reading the directions) I got it on alright, but even tightened all the way it was a smidgeon too loose on my small wrist. That's when I noticed the permanent loop. D'oh. So I slid my wrist thru the loop and THEN wrapped it around and velcro'ed it and it fit snug like a charm. Good product. This is a necessary staple for a well-rounded medicine cabinet. You want to have one on hand *before* you need one so it's there when you do need it.

I have had surgery on one of my ulnar tendons and have weakness in my other. I have tried braces and straps of all types. The ones that have a hole that goes over my thumb and support for the top and palm of my hand can be restrictive and limit my range of motion when I need to use my hand(s). The ones with less support just don't do enough for pain when I have it. I love this support/compression strap! It gives me just the right amount of support and compression to make everyday tasks a lot more manageable. It is well made and comfortable. It can be tricky to get on by yourself and get the right amount of compression. But once you practice putting it on by yourself you can figure out what works to get it right by yourself. Excellent product!

This WIKUPS Adjustable Wrist Compression Support Wrap Brace helps to relieve wrist pain caused by strains, sprains, arthritis, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, amongst other hand/wrist issues. This wrist compression measures 11.5 (L) x 3.23 (W). There is a wrist loop that measures 3.5 inches (7 inches in diameter) and you put your hand through the loop so that it lays flat on your wrist. Once your hand is through the loop it is easy to pull and secure the wrist band. The amount of compression that you use is up to you and can easily be controlled by less or more tension when pulling the brace closed. It is important to not compress the wrist too tight since it can cause numbness, tingling and weakness in the thumb and fingers when the median nerve is compressed too tightly. This wrist band can be worn on either the left or right wrist. It is comfortable and gives a good amount of support. It is nowhere near as restrictive as other braces I have used that have metal rods. This brace is only material and is not meant to completely stabilize the wrist from any and all movement. Instead it offers support and gives you limited range of movement. If you have wrist pain it can definitely decrease your movement and prevent additional damage you may get from not using any support at all. It is suitable to wear all day and can be used for strenuous or non-strenuous activities. It is perfect to use when you need wrist support for playing sports, exercising, weight lifting, cycling and wrestling, and is just as effective when you need support for gaming, typing, drawing, working on the computer and need wrist protection. I have a history of intermittent wrist pain and this brace would be perfect for my next bout of pain.
