I have ordered three bottles, but one of them was a diluted product

My cat suffers from repeated urine issues. I found this product and was really happy with the result! He stopped having a little bit of blood in his urine almost right away. I kept giving it to him until bottle was gone. Many, many, months later, he got another infection. I ordered another bottle. This time, though, instead of the dark red liquid, the bottle had more of a pink liquid inside. The product isn't returnable and i searched and searched for a way to contact the company and was unable to find a customer service link. Anyway, the product worked, kind of, but always a little bit of red would appear a few times a week in his urine. So, i new i needed to buy something. I debated about trying another product, but ultimately decided to stick with this one because of the first bottles great outcome. The 3rd bottle was just as dark red, almost wine colored, as the 1st bottle. My cats blood disappeared just as quickly as it did when he had the first bottle. Buyer beware- depending upon how dark the liquid is determines how effective the outcome will be. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do if his urine has blood in it again in the future. I paid $20 for the bottle and I'm not looking to waste that again like the 2nd bottle. Do i recommend the product? IF its the dark red/wine colored bottle- ABSOLUTELY. If it's the diluted pinkish red? Absolutely NOT. It's close to worthless.

Better Than Expected

I honestly didn't think these would work, but I decided to give it a try. My cat is 11 years old and she's never been a good eater. She barely eats or drinks anything. A few months ago, she started crying in the litter box and peeing blood on my bathroom carpet. I saw these drops and thought what the heck I'll try it. I gave her half a dropper a day and nothing changed at first, but I kept giving them to her. After almost a month of taking them she started eating all her food and drinking way more water, and she stopped having the urine issues. I was impressed! I only give her the drops a couple times a week now and she's still doing great and still eating all her food every day, which shes literally never done before. Better result than I expected!
